- 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Lb Seafood Mix
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 10 Pieces Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Tbs Chicken Seasoning
- 6 Oz Squid Ink Pasta
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
- Red Pepper Flakes, optional
Cook squid Ink Pasta per box instructions or cook it in the Instant Pot. Please sea the notes.
On low heat, melt the four tablespoons of butter in a large pan.
Add the seafood mix. Note that this seafood Mix has been blanched and cooked, so, just cook them again for six minutes. Transfer them to a a plate.with the juice.
Add the olive oil to the same pan and sauté the garlic, onion, and cherry tomatoes. Add the chicken seasoning blend and cook on low heat until the cherry tomatoes are wilted.
Add the cooked squid Ink Pasta. Mix gently to coat the sauce. Add the prepared seafood, and add the remaining butter and let it melt.
Turn off the heat and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if using. Serve immediately.
