- 4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast
- 3 tbsp White Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Warm water
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
Prepare the Yeast Mixture
Spray nonstick oil on the loaf pan. Set it aside. Put the oven rack to the lowest part of the oven.
Place the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar in the mixing bowl. Mix using a wire whisk. Attach the hook attachment and turn on low speed.
Heat water in the microwave or the oven until warm. Slowly add the water until the dough comes together.
Now you can add the butter and mix at medium speed for eight to fourteen minutes or until the dough is smooth.
Remove the dough from the bowl. Spray the bowl with nonstick oil form the dough to a ball, and put it back into the bowl. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place form one hours.
Punch the risen dough to release air.
Flatten the dough and roll it into a log to fit into the prepared pan.
Let it rise for another thirty minutes.
Bake the Bread in the Conventional Oven
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Put the pan in the middle of the rack and bake for ten minutes. Cover the bread with the tin foil and continue baking for fourteen more minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
