- Dalgona Matcha Recipe with egg
- 1 egg white
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder

- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
FOR EGG VERSION:
Place egg white in a medium size bowl and start mixing until frothy and stiff. ( at this time, start making your sugar syrup)
Make the simple syrup: mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1/4 cup of water and let boil with low heat. When the syrup is boiling and the egg white is ready, continue beating the egg and gently pour in the syrup. Add in the matcha powder and whip some more until the cream holds its weight.
Pour milk and ice in a glass and add the whipped matcha on top of the milk.
FOR NO EGG VERSION:
Place the heavy whipping cream and sugar in a medium sized bowl and beat mixture until it turn stiff peaks.
Add in the matcha powder and whip some more until the cream holds its weight.
