Hey guys! So have you heard about Dalgona coffee? Where ever you are in social media, you will see it. I even hopped into the bandwagon and made a post of it too; and since I am stuck at home, like you too, I have been drinking it too when I am bored. I even become extra, and made this Matcha Dalgona version. So hop in, and let’s do this.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS FOR Dalgona Matcha
- for sure you need matcha
- egg or heavy whipping cream
- sugar
- milk of your choice
PROCESS TO MAKE DALGONA MATCHA
- You can use your hand but,
- I’d rather use stand up or hand mixer.
Is it safe to use egg ? In this Dalgona Matcha Recipe?
- Yes, it is! Since you made the sugar syrup by boiling, this process will cook the egg whites.
Are you curious how Matcha tastes like?
I think it tastes very earthy with a hint of tea taste in it. Afterall, matcha is a tea. If you ever smelled a leaf, it taste like that. Boy, I wished I can describe it well with my limited English, but since I cannot, try making it.
AND BTW, YOU CAN ORDER MATCHA ONLINE,or you can buy it in some organic stores and tea store.
SO LET’S MAKE IT!!! maat chaaaaa .

Hi, Tierra. Yes. It still works with less sugar. Thanks for visiting.

Will the recipe with the egg still work out if there is less sugar? Like 2 tablespoons instead of 4?
