Ingredients

  • 3 Frozen Fish of your choice the thickness is one half inch
  • Homemade Fish Seasoning the recipe is in the notes
  • Nonstick oil

Instructions

  • Line the air fryer basket with air fryer liners. Place the frozen tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Season the tilapia with the seasoning of your choice. Try my homemade fish seasoning. It has a simple taste. The recipe is in the notes below.
  • Spray the frozen fish with nonstick oil.
  • No need to preheat the air fryer.
  • Set the Air Fryer button setting, the temperature to 375 F, and the timer to fifteen minutes. Start checking the doneness at twelve minutes.
