This Homemade Fish Seasoning goes well with any type of fish. We love this in my household. I even use this when I grilled meat too. This is my all-purpose seasoning for fish. I use this for frying, grilling, and broiling fish in my Instant Pot Duo.
Homemade Fish Seasoning
What seasonings go well on fish?
This homemade fish seasoning is very easy to make. You need these simple ingredients and mix them together to make the fish seasoning powder.
How can I make my fish more flavorful?
I always try to keep the savory and fresh taste of the fish by not adding too much spice. There are times when I simply add salt and pepper to it to preserve the fish flavor. Add your favorite spice or herbs to make the fish flavorful. In my post-Chinese Steamed fish, I sauteed ginger, and onion with soy sauce and oil. And poured it on top of the fish after steaming.
