- 1/3 cup Almond Flour You can replace it with Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onions
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Homemade Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Cook the Meatballs
