- 1 tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onions
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Homemade Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Place ground chicken in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Shape the chicken mixture into a one-inch ball.
Cook the Meatballs
- Stovetop Method: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Oven Method: Spray baking sheet with nonstick oil. Line the meatballs half-inch apart. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake meatballs on a for 8-12 minutes.
How to Store
- Spray the baking sheet with a nonstick oil. Shape the meatballs to one-inch ball sizes and line them on a baking sheet. Freeze. When they are frozen, remove them and store them in a ziplock.
