- 1 large Finely Chopped 1/2 of bell pepper
- 1 cup Chop Green Onions 1 piece of chopped medium sized onion

- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp powdered beef bouillon
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 cups Canola Oil for Frying
- 1 pack Lumpia Wrapper I use the Menlo brand.
Mix all of the ingredients except the cooking oil and the wrapper.
When ready, try the filling if it is to your liking by frying a small amount and adjust accordingly.
If the wrapper is frozen, thaw it a room temperature and gently separate. Put the Lumpia wrapper on a flat surface and line about two tablespoons of the filling.
Roll and seal using egg.
Cut the Lumpia into half three.
Heat the oil and deep fry the Lumpia until golden brown.
Freeze leftover filling for next use.
