Season the Chicken
- 1 cup cooked chicken you can use pepperoni or you can use my frozen shrimp. Please see notes for the recipe.
- 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Homemade Seasoning or seasoning of your choice I used the carne asada sesoning on this. please see notes.
- 1 pizza dough or flatbread
Toppings
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup store-bought alfredo sauce you can use pizza sauce also
- basil leaves, cilantro, avocado
Heat the oil in a small pan and add the cooked chicken- gently brown and season with the seasoning of your choice. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Place the flatbread or pizza dough on a flat surface. Spread the pizza sauce of your choice. In this case, I use my store-bought Alfredo sauce.
Top the sauce with mozzarella cheese and the meat of your choice. I used my leftover sauteed chicken. Add avocado, cilantro. This is customizable, so add your favorite vegetables.
Push the Air fryer button setting. Set the temperature to 375 Fand set the timer for eight minutes, or cook the pizza until the cheese is melted.
