Leftover taco meat

Equipment

  • frying pan

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Leftover taco meat I used the leftover Air Fryer Chuck roast which I shredded and cubed. Please see the notes for the recipe.
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Basic Toppings

  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 lime

Instructions

Reheat the Meat

  • Cube or shred the Air fryer chuck roast.
  • Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and add the prepared meat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the tacos

  • Brush the pan with oil and heat the tacos until it is wilted or soft.
  • Remove from the pan and put the meat and top it with the toppings.
  • Drizzle with lime juice.
