- 3 cups Leftover taco meat I used the leftover Air Fryer Chuck roast which I shredded and cubed. Please see the notes for the recipe.
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Basic Toppings
- 1 large chopped tomato
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 lime
Reheat the Meat
Cube or shred the Air fryer chuck roast.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and add the prepared meat.
Season with salt and pepper.
