When I prepare this, I usually drain the excess oil from the wings, ALTHOUGH USUALLY, THE CHICKEN WINGS taste really good with that oil, BUT LET’S ALL AGREE, LET’S DRAIN THE EXCESS OIL, OK?
Please enjoy this, will yah?

It is indeed confusing. I will change the instructions once I am totally settled (we moved).
Actually, there is no oil in the recipe . You boil the chicken with the water and then once the chicken softens, oil from the chicken comes out. It is up to you to drain it or not, but for me I drain the oil so that it will be a little healthy….

on your cooking instructions #2 you’ve interchange water and oil.. just want to double check

Hello, Carol. I/my family used the Louisiana sauce as additional spice when we eat this meal but this is not included in the recipe. The chili powder I used is the common chili powder we use here in the US-the Mc Cormick one..
Carol says
There is Louisiana Hot Sauce in your photo, but not mentioned in the recipe. Do you use it in this dish? What type of chili powder do you mean…Korean, or American?
Thanks.
