DATU PUTI SPICED VINEGAR COPY CAT. It is too easy, as you can see in the recipe list. You just put the spices in the container, preserve the mixture for 2 weeks and you are good to go. Enjoy it and try to dip you Broiled Mackerel or Lechon Kawali in it too.
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1/2 cup white or red onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic separated and added whole
- 10 pieces of red or green chilis
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Pour in the vinegar into the container and add in the remaining ingredients. Preserve the mixture for 2 weeks before use.
