Easy Air Fryer Ground Beef Tortilla
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1/2 cup Whole Corn
- 1/2 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
Spice
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 ttsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 /2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- Salt To taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil and cook the onion until transparent. Add the ground beef and cook until brown.Add corn and bell pepper. Cook until the red bell pepper is slightly soft. Let it cool.
- Place the inner pot in the Instant Pot base. Set the air fryer basket and put the steamer rack on top. Put the corn tortilla and add the filling on half of the tortilla add a generous amount of cheese. Fold the tortilla.
