HOISIN TOMATO SAUCE ASIAN MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup traditional bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt coarse grain w/ parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon canola oil for browning meatballs
  • HOISIN TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • salt /pepper/sugar for seasoning (optional - the tomato and Hoisin was good enough taste for the family.

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumb,garlic salt,pepper. Form into small balls. Heat oil and brown meatballs until cook through. Remove from pan and drain excess oil with paper towel.Coat meatballs with the homemade Hoisin Tomato Asian Meatballs
  • HOISIN TOMATO SAUCE
  • Meanwhile, mix tomato sauce and Hoisin sauce in a small cup. Mix completely and season accordingly.Use a certain amount of sauce for the number of meatballs you want. For myself, I use 1/4 cup of sauce to coat 6 meatballs.Refrigerate leftover for next use.
