Dough that is soft, smooth and very easy and simple to prepare. It need only 2 ingredient: self rising flour and Plain Greek Yogurt. Dough is freeze-able too.

This No yeast dough is much needed now that yeast are not available in stores.Just like toilet paper, people are stacking and hoarding yeast in their pantry. It’s understandable because we usually have flour as staples in our pantry. And if “apocalypse” ever comes, God forbid, we need yeast to make bread —–
BUT THAT’S NOT REALLY TRUE.
You can still make dough without yeast by this 2 Ingredient Dough, which you can use in so many ways.
I have made pizza,bagel, garlic bread and bread with it— AND THOSE PIZZA ON THE TEMPLATE PIC. ( i will post them soon , so come back for it)
As I said, IT’S ONLY 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH. NO YEAST NEEDED. just
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- Self Rising Flour
AND THIS 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH is freezeable.
Let’s just hope that Greek Yogurt and Self Rising Flour will not be extinct too…

NO YEAST 2 ingredient dough.
Dough that is soft, smooth and very easy and simple to prepare. It need only 2 ingredient: self rising flour and Plain Greek Yogurt. Dough is freeze-able too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 and 3/4 cups Self Rising Flour
Instructions
- Put Self Rising Flour in a medium sized bowl and add in Plain Greek Yogurt.
- Mix and knead until smooth. I just use my hand in kneading this. You can use electric mixer too.
- Form into a ball and wrap in a plastic and freeze.
- Thaw overnight when ready to use.
