Hey guys! It’s crazy. Our grocery store don’t have yeast and self rising flour. In my last 2 Ingredient Dough post, I shared about the yeast being extinct; and while, maybe editing it, people in Central Oregon may have been panic buying wiping the flour shelves.
It looks like after people were hoarding toilet paper, they decided to move on and decide to hoard on baking goods.
Although I am frustrated, I am not worried because I thought I can make my own

Unfortunately no. I tried it before, and it caused lots of hole in it, and very hard pandesal, although it was really good. I want my Pandesal soft and fluffy, which is what it’s suppose to be. I will share this site to you for the reason : Difference between Yeast and Baking Powder.
Hope you are staying safe. 🙂
