Super Simple Morning Smoothie

Hi guys, good morning!!! Are you excited for today? I am... because lately, although I should have known this by now, I have realized that 'THERE IS REALLY NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT BECAUSE WHEN THINGS ARE MEANT TO BE, IT WILL HAPPEN." So I have been living and breathing with this mantra every day in the past months and it does make me feel happy and peaceful.

And this smoothie... my daughter and I drink this as our breakfast. There's no fuzz in making this because it is made of the simplest ingredients, not even milk nor any sugar, so THIS TASTES EARTHY and sweet from the banana. It is creamy due to avocado and tastes raw due to the spinach. Although you can make it really tasty but adding honey or sugar in it, I like its raw taste, so I stick on without sugar.

I don't promise that this is similar to the smoothie from Jamba juice because it is not. This is just a simple smoothie that gives you health benefits and more fibers to make you full to last you until lunch time. Super simple and quick to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup water
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. ENJOY!!
