- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a small bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients. Set it aside.
- Line your cupcake pan with cupcake liners. Set it aside.
- In a cup, mix the coconut cream milk and the Ube flavoring. Mix until incorporated. Set aside.
- Place the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl and mix using an electric mixer. Mix until the color turns pale. Slowly add in the egg. Mix on medium-high until the mixture is smooth.
