I got the idea of making Chipotle Crema from the organic rage restaurant here in my town. I have ordered their fish taco several times and it was so good! I particularly like the sauce. When I read the ingredients, I know I have to reproduce them at home.

Is chipotle crema spicy

When done, you can store this in the fridge. Place the Chipotle crema sauce in a sealed container and store for one week.

How long does it last in the fridge.

Can I freeze it?

Yes, you can freeze it, but it will lose its taste a bit and it will come with a grainy texture after thawing.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon lime zest zest of two limes
• 1 tablespoon lime juice juice of one lime
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Tapatio sauce
• 1/4 cup cilantro one bunch finely chopped

Instructions

• Place all of the ingredients in a small size bowl and mix until incorporated.
