Instant Pot Oyster Sticky Chicken Wings
I love easy recipes that I can make when I get home from work. Ideally, I should be meal prepping, but sometimes, I can’t do that due to laziness, or just being too tired to do so. In times like that, Instant Pot will help big time.
This is one of those delicious meals I make in my new Instant Pot. This chicken wings recipe has an Asian taste in it, with a little hint of heat from the Tapatio Hot sauce.
How Long to Cook Chicken Wing in the Instant Pot
I have tested and made this recipe in the Instant pot and tried different cooking times, and this amount of time yielded cooked and soft chicken wings. I cooked these chicken wings for twenty five-minutes using a high-pressure setting.
How Long to broil?
Broiling the chicken after the high-pressure cooking yielded a delicious charred taste on the chicken. Boiling also made the sticky oyster sauce stick to the meat well.
How much Water Should I add?
In this recipe, I added four cups of water to one pound of frozen chicken wings.
