Kewpie Mayo Ramen Hack
Aside from my bed, one of my other favorites at home is my kitchen. I feel peaceful and rejuvenated whenever I create food for the family. I also experiment and feel frustrated each time I tried cooking a meal and fail. But this Kewpie Mayo Ramen Hack is one success story. I found this in one of the YT videos and found it really interesting, so I made it.
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie Mayo
- 1 sachet Noodle Seasoning
- 1 Ramen
- 2 cups chicken broth
How do you Make Kewpie Mayo Ramen

Place noodle seasoning, Kewpie Mayo, and egg in the medium-sized bowl. Mix until incorporated.

Meanwhile, boil chicken broth and add in the Ramen. Cook per package instructions. If you are using Soba noodles, submerged the Soba noodles into the broth until separated and boil for three minutes. Remove the noodles using a noodle strainer.

Place about 1/4 cup of the prepared broth into the prepared seasoning and mix until the Kewpie Mayo is melted. Place the Soba noodles and pour in the remaining broth. Garnish with onions, egg, and Chashu.
