Note that I am using my 8 Qt Instant Pot Duo Crips Plus Air Fryer Lid in this recipe. Every model is different, so make sure that you check your manual for instructions.
Quick and Easy Instant Pot Beef Curry Ingredients
2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast slice into large bite-size pieces
1 pc carrot 6-inch carrot, divide into three
2 large potatoes quartered please see notes
2 large red bell pepper quartered
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
salt or fish sauce to taste
How do you Make Beef Curry in the Instant Pot?

Place the inner pot in the Instant Pot base. Add in the Beef Chuck roast and place the rest of the ingredients on top. Add the coconut milk.

Push the pressure cooker button setting and set the pressure to HI. Set the timer to twenty-eight minutes and quick release when done.

Season with fish sauce or sauce according to your liking.
How do you Store this Instant Pot Beef Curry?
- If indeed you have leftovers, place them in a sealed container and refrigerate them for three days. You can freeze it too for three months.

- 1 Instant Pot Duo Crisps plus Air Fryer Lid
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast slice into large bite-size pieces

- 2 large red bell pepper quartered
- 11 edium red onion
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- salt or fish sauce to taste
- 2-3 pieces Thai Chili Pepper finely chop and optional
Curry Spice
- 1 tsp Lemon Grass Powder you can use fresh lemon grass
- 2 tbsps Yellow Curry Powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Instructions
- Place the inner pot in the Instant Pot base. Add in the Beef Chuck roast and place the rest of the ingredients on top. Add the coconut milk.
