So I thought it would be interesting to post this Filipino meals and dessert that use rice as main ingredients. Hey, guys! Today, I am sharing with a collection of rice recipes I have in the blog. Most of them are desserts in the Philippines, so you can find them in parties and gifts on potluck. They may look complicated to make, but when you actually try doing it, it is really simple process.
I am always trying to lose weight, therefore I try to get rid of rice -but I can’t. I have been eating rice since I had my first solid food and so I am feel like that I am just kidding myself when I try to pluck out rice in my meals. So I have given up trying to do that long time ago. Currently, I try to eat rice in moderation. Sometimes, I give in to temptation but most of the time I really try to be good in my diet.
But during holidays or special occasion, I go all out and forget my diet. I even use rice ingredient in my desserts and below are the famous Filipino rice sweets and main meals that use rice.
