This Instant Pot Egg bites was inspired by Starbucks. It uses whole eggs to achieve fluffy rich protein. Various kinds of cheese were added to get saltiness. I added spinach and bell pepper to give these Egg bites a kick that it deserves.
Instant Pot Egg Bites
This is my take on Starbucks Egg bites, or it is inspired by it. I had the Starbucks egg bites a few weeks ago, and I was trying to re-create it, but although it fell short, I love the taste of it, so I am posting it here. Until now, I am still trying to get the exact Starbucks taste, trying to capture its secret ingredient; but for now, let’s make do with one. This is perfect for breakfast and it is so filling.
Equipment
- Instant Pot Duo Crisp plus Air Fryer
- Ramekins or egg bite molds/Egg bite mold
Ingredients:
- Large eggs
- Spinach
- Green Onion
- Bell pepper
- Monterey cheese
- Feta cheese
- Hot Sauce
How do you Make it Instant Pot Egg Bites
Step one: Prepare the ingredients. Mince the bell pepper, spinach, and green onions.
Step two: Place the whole egg in the blender. Add the Monterey cheese and feta cheese and the spicy sauce.
Step three: Spray the Ramekins with nonstick spray. Put the bell pepper, green onion, and spinach. Pour the egg mixture and cover with tin foil.
Step four: Prepare the Instant Pot. Place the inner pot in the base. Add in two cups of water. Place the air fryer tray and put two filled ramekins in it. Put the steaming/dehydrating tray on top and place the three filled ramekins. Cover the Instant Pot with the pressure cooker lid. Push the steam button and set the timer to eight minutes. When done set your phone timer to ten minutes. After ten minutes, release the pressure. Remove the ramekins from the pot and transfer egg bites to a plate.

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 tbsp Feta Cheese crushed
- 1 1/2 tbsp Monterey cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 tbsp spinach 5 leaves minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp bell pepper minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp green onion minced
- 2 tsp hot sauce I used red wing sauce

- Prepare the ingredients. Mince the bell pepper, spinach, and green onions.
- Place the whole egg in the blender. Add the Monterey cheese and feta cheese and the spicy sauce.
- Spray the Ramekins with nonstick spray. Put the bell pepper, green onion, and spinach in the ramekins. Pour the egg mixture.
- Prepare the Instant Pot. Place the inner pot in the base. Add in two cups of water. Place the air fryer tray and put two filled ramekins in it. - I did not add salt or pepper to this since I like it without them. You can add them if you want.
