Instant Pot Steamed Pearl Meatballs
Have I mentioned that my Instant Pot Duo is my new favorite equipment? Looking at my old posts, you can tell how much I love it. I have made my Pork Chashu in my Instant pot and some of my recipes here. I love that it’s fast, and it has so many features that I can use with less washing time. Since I love it so much, I thought of making my favorite Asian meatballs in my instant pot too, and here’s the recipe and process.
I first tasted this Pearl Meatballs when I was in college. My dorm caterer served it for our lunch and I thought then that this will be a perfect appetizer similar to Pork and Shrimp Dumplings.
