Air Fryer Strawberry Scones. Made from my basic scone dough, scones are made easy using Instant Pot Air Fryer Dou + Air Fryer Lid. It has made making scones quick and easy.

Air Fryer Strawberry Scones
I made this Strawberry Scones several times over and I think I am addicted. I love the taste and subtle sweetness plus making it in my Air Fryer Duo Crisps makes it so much easier and faster. So brace yourself for more scones recipes.
Equipment
I want to emphasize each instant pot is different, and some settings may not be on the instant pot you got. In my case, I am using Instant Pot Duo Crisp 11-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker with Air Fryer Lid, 8 Quart. This Instant pot doesn’t have the rice setting, so I am using the pressure cooker setting.
Strawberry Scones Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter make sure the butter is cold and shred.
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 large egg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 pieces of small strawberries cubed
How to Make it
- Place the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix using a wire whisk.
- Add in butter and using your hand, make sure that the flour mixture and butter are incorporated. It should look like sand.
- Add the egg and the heavy whipping cream and mix until it forms into a dough. Pour the mixture on a flat surface.
- Flatten the dough forming a circle and flatten to one inch thick. Add the strawberries and gently push the strawberries into the dough.
- Use a biscuit mold to form rounds.
- Cover the air fryer basket with round parchment paper and place the scone dough. Place the basket in the inner pot and cover using the air fryer lid.
- Push the bake button and set the temperature to 355 F and set the timer to twelve minutes.
How to Store
- Let the Strawberry Scones cool down and place in a sealed container and let it sit at room temperature for maximum of two days.
- If you want it to stay longer, you can also freeze these scone and let it thaw when you’re ready to eat them.

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons water or milk

- Add the egg and the heavy whipping cream and mix until it forms into a dough. Pour the mixture on a flat surface.

- Mix the glaze ingredients until there are no lumps. Drizzle the glaze on the scones and enjoy.
